These Terms and Conditions represent the legal agreement governing your use of the Hyper Connect platform. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Welcome to Hyper Connect Platform

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (referred to as "User" or "Merchant") and Hyperconnect Information Technology, a company registered under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

By using the platform or installing the application via any intermediary platform such as Shopify, Salla, or Zid, or connecting your accounts to external platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn, you acknowledge your full agreement to these terms.

⚠️ If you do not agree to any provision, please do not use the service.

The Service: Technical solutions provided by Hyper Connect, including AI-powered chatbot, and integration tools.

Intermediary Platforms: E-commerce platforms such as Salla and Zid.

External Platforms: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and LinkedIn.

User / Merchant: Any natural or legal person using the platform services.

  • User acknowledges having full legal capacity to contract under applicable laws in their country
  • User bears full responsibility for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
  • Platform must be notified immediately upon suspicion of unauthorized use

User agrees not to use Hyper Connect platform for any purpose that leads to:

  • Harming the reputation or image of the company or its partners
  • Circumventing systems to create multiple accounts for recurring free trials
  • Promoting illegal activity (violence, fraud, money laundering, drugs)
  • Child or animal abuse
  • Violating intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Disclosing or sharing data without written consent
  • Publishing defamatory, offensive, obscene, or discriminatory content
  • Hacking, disrupting, or reverse engineering the platform
  • Using automated tools for data extraction

1. Free Trial (7 Days)

  • New users receive a 7-day free trial.
  • No credit card or banking details are required during the trial.
  • After the trial ends, the user must manually pay to continue the service.
  • Users are advised to fully test the service during the trial period before deciding to subscribe.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Payments are processed through Polar.sh as the Merchant of Record (MoR).
  • Polar.sh is legally responsible for:
    • Processing all payments and collecting fees
    • Calculating and collecting applicable taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax, etc.)
    • Tax compliance in all countries
    • Issuing invoices and receipts
  • Polar.sh uses Stripe Connect technology for secure payment processing.
  • Hyper Connect does not store any credit card data - all financial data is managed by Polar.sh and Stripe.
  • All operations comply with global PCI-DSS security standards.
  • Important Notice: As Polar.sh is the Merchant of Record, all payments are made to Polar.sh first, then proceeds are transferred to Hyper Connect after deducting processing fees.

3. No Refund Policy

  • Due to the provision of a 7-day free trial without requiring any payment details, all payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Users are expected to fully test the service during the trial period before making a payment decision.
  • Users are not entitled to request a refund after completing payment.
  • In exceptional cases (major technical defect from the platform that completely prevents service usage), users may contact Polar.sh directly to review the case.

4. Payment Processing Disclaimer

  • Hyper Connect is not responsible for any payment processing issues, as all financial operations are conducted through Polar.sh as the Merchant of Record.
  • Any disputes or issues related to payments, taxes, or invoices should be addressed directly with Polar.sh.
  • Users agree to comply with Polar.sh and Stripe terms and conditions when making any payment.

  • Polar.sh privacy policy can be reviewed at: https://polar.sh/legal/privacy
  • Service relies on Generative AI technologies
  • Chatbot outputs are automated and may require human review
  • Hyper Connect bears no responsibility for decisions made based on AI outputs without review
  • Technical support provided within 48 business hours maximum
  • Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance with prior notice
  • User retains ownership of their data
  • Company granted limited license to use data solely for providing and improving service
  • All platform and trademark rights exclusively owned by Hyper Connect

When using the Service, Hyper Connect may process personal data belonging to your store's customers (such as name, email, and phone number) on your behalf, to provide AI assistant features, abandoned cart reminders, and measuring the assistant's impact on sales.

In this context:

  • You (the Merchant) are considered the "Data Controller" with respect to your customers' data.
  • Hyper Connect is considered the "Data Processor", and processes this data only based on your implied instructions (activating the service) and for the purposes disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Hyper Connect's obligations as a Data Processor:

  • Not using your customers' data for any purpose outside the scope of providing the Service to you
  • Applying security measures and encryption to protect this data (see Privacy Policy)
  • Not sharing your customers' data with any third party except to the extent necessary to operate the Service — this includes hosting providers and AI service providers (OpenAI and Google) who are contractually bound not to use the data for any other purpose
  • Notifying you without undue delay in the event of any security breach affecting your customers' data
  • Deleting or redacting any of your customers' data promptly upon your request, or upon receiving a deletion request from the customer themselves or from the intermediary platform (e.g., Shopify Customer Redact)
  • Deleting all of your customers' data within a reasonable period after cancellation of your subscription or app uninstallation

Your acceptance of these Terms upon installing the app constitutes an implied Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between you and Hyper Connect.

  • These terms subject to laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt
  • When service provided outside Egypt, mandatory regulatory aspects subject to relevant country laws
  • Payment operations subject to laws of country where payment executed
  • When executed in Egypt, Egyptian Central Bank instructions apply

You can remove our app's connection to your Facebook account anytime:

Steps:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings then Business Integrations
  2. Find "Hyper Connect"
  3. Select "Remove"

✅ All access data will be deleted immediately

You can disconnect our app from your LinkedIn account anytime:

Steps:

  1. Go to LinkedIn Settings then Partners and services
  2. Find "Hyper Connect"
  3. Select "Remove Access"

✅ All tokens and access data will be deleted immediately
